PJ Planning provide specialist planning advice in respect of waste related development. Our services include pre application advice and the preparation and submission of planning applications for extensions and alterations to existing landfill planning consents. We can advise developers, operators and landowners in respect of waste transfer stations, Energy from Waste proposals and rural waste proposals. We also offer advice on public engagement and can manage the entire planning process from the pre application stage through to determination.
Telecommunications

PJ Planning have a wide range of experience in preparing and submitting telecommunications applications and can offer advice on pre roll out meetings, public consultation and alternative sites appraisals. Our experience with telecommunications planning applications demonstrates that these applications should be handled as sensitively as possible, whilst allowing the developer/operator to obtain the maximum amount of coverage. We have worked with major telecommunications companies to help them role out their third generation network and are happy to assist in site shares, GRP shrouded antennae and fourth generation telecommunications coverage.
